A graduate of the prestigious PUSA Institute of Hotel Management, New Delhi, Chef Keshi further specialized in bakery and chocolate confectionery in Zurich, Switzerland. His global travels deepened his knowledge of dietetics and health-focused gastronomy, shaping a career that blends artistry with science.
He has held key positions with leading hospitality brands such as the Taj Group (IHC), Hyatt International, Ambassador Flight Kitchen, and ITC Hotels, consistently creating memorable dining experiences for discerning guests.
